• Property address -- the location of the property. This address will be used to query the walkscore for this property. Please verify this entry with Google maps or an equivalent service for personal verification.
  • Format: [#] [Street] [City], [St] [Zip] (ex. 123 W. Main St Boise, ID 83702)
• Property area -- the total square footage of the property. This will be used to calculate the Energy Use Intensity for this property. Please make sure it is the total area and not leasable area.
