Building Simulation Users Group (BSUG) is a self-support group for professionals who work in the field of building performance simulation. The main activity is the monthly meetings where members can interact and share ideas. Each meeting has a presentation in the area of building performance performance. The main priority is to have BSUG member to present in the meeting, otherwise the meeting will be a webcast from Building Energy Simulation Forum (EnergyTrust, Portland, OR).

Building Simulation Users Group members
Engineers
Energy analysts
Architects
Engineering and architecture students
Professors of engineering and architecture
Meetings:
When: Third Wednesday of each month, starting at either 12:00pm or 1:00pm.
Where: Integrated Design Lab, 306 S. 6th St in downtown Boise.
Cost: Free. A boxed lunch is provided for registered attendees.

Please register for each meeting you plan to attend. Your registration must be received by the Monday before the meeting date to be guaranteed a boxed lunch.

BSUG 2.0 May Meeting - Integrating Design Through Energy Modeling

Tim Johnson, a mechanical engineer at CTA Architects Engineers, focuses on energy analysis and mechanical design in new and existing buildings. Tim has worked on a wide variety of building types across the country and strives for optimized energy performance involving all trades.
